We are looking for an Advice Service Manager with management experience to join us in this role. A member of the senior team you will take a key role in both managing and shaping our services. You will manage a team of paid staff and volunteers using all channels to help clients to ensure that we provide quality advice standards.
You will demonstrate experience in managing the development and delivery and quality assurance of multi-channel services that meet the needs of our clients and communities. For this you will be able to display strong people management and strong communications skills particularly leading people and teams through change. Experience and knowledge of issues affecting our communities and demonstrable partnership working and networking together with the attitude to make a difference will be an advantage.
Whilst experience of working within Citizens Advice would be desirable, we will happily support the right person through Citizens Advice accredited training to enable them to carry out the role.
