Are you looking for a role where your work genuinely changes lives every day?
At Citizens Advice Hart, we help people find a way forward through some of life’s toughest challenges, from debt and housing worries to employment, family and health issues. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated and proactive Projects Adviser to join our friendly and ambitious team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll support clients both in our Fleet office and across community outreach locations throughout the Hart District, helping people who may otherwise struggle to access advice and support.

As part of our projects team, you’ll work on a range of impactful services including;

  • Supporting people leaving the hospital and staying well at home
  • Financial resilience and energy advice
  • Foodbank and community outreach services
  • Digital inclusion support
  • Gambling harms
  • Advice First Aid training for community groups and volunteers
You’ll provide practical advice, empower clients to make informed decisions, and work alongside local organisations to strengthen support across the community. Whether meeting clients face to face, over the phone or by email, you’ll play a key role in helping people regain confidence and stability.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about helping people and tackling inequality
  • Has experience delivering advice or support services
  • Can communicate with empathy and professionalism
  • Thrives in a busy, people-focused environment
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team

In return, we offer:

  • A warm, welcoming and values-driven workplace
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • 5% employer pension contribution
  • Free parking, social events and wellbeing support
  • The opportunity to make a real difference in your local community
At Citizens Advice Hart, 100% of staff in our latest survey said they would recommend working here and that we care about wellbeing.
