Telephone Assessor

Location : Fleet Office (potential for hybrid)

Hours: 15 – 22.5 hours per week (flexible across Monday to Thursday)

Salary : FTE £23,800 p.a. pro rata for hours worked

Can you create rapport easily with people over the phone? Can you talk with people who may be distressed? Are you able to find out what the problem is and what the individual might want and/or need help with? We need you to answer our Adviceline so we can help more people.

We are looking for a new member of our core team who can provide advice and consistency on our telephone platform. This is an integral role which will include providing advice to clients by telephone, recording client cases within our client database and providing support to our volunteer and trainee telephone assessors.
