Solicitors Services with Neale Turk LLP
Citizens Advice Hart is working with Neale Turk (Fleet) to improve access to legal services for all, regardless of social background or wealth.
This is necessary due to a lack of access to legal aid. This lack can hinder the proper administration of justice due to the impact of court and legal service fees on the individual.
Neale Turk LLP offers bi-weekly appointments booked through Citizens Advice Hart for our clients. As well as face-to-face, they provide email and telephone advice. This reduces the overall cost to the client.
What you need to know
The first 30 minutes of the appointment are free of charge. This aligns with their aim to provide and improve access to legal services for all.
Please note: If you need any further advice with Neale Turk past the 30-minute marker, you may be charged.
To ensure you get the most out of your appointment:
- Make a note beforehand of what you need to say and what you may want to find out
- Take any relevant documents to the appointment with you
- It may also be helpful to make a list of questions you have in advance
Should you require ongoing legal services after your pro bono appointment, you are not obliged to accept an offer of ongoing services that would incur charges from this particular named firm.
If you need to change an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice so your slot can be used by someone else.
Testimonial from Neale Turk
We believe that everyone should have access to legal services, whether buying a house, dealing with employment issues, making future provision for family members, or help with a relationship breakdown.
We have been collaborating with Hart Citizens Advice for many years to deliver a free initial legal advice service to the local community. The collaboration with Hart Citizens Advice has allowed us to easily provide a valued service to the local community.
Hart Citizens Advice are highly organised and professional to deal with and, because of this, the clients can easily access a free legal advice service that allows them to benefit from legal advice that they may otherwise have found difficult to have sourced, for whatever reason, by themselves.
