If you’re moving out of your student accommodation this summer it’s important you know what steps you should take. Students aren’t always aware that they enter into a legal contract when they sign a tenancy or licence agreement. An agreement must be ended properly when you move out. Check your tenancy agreement as you’ll need to know your official end date and whether you have to give notice to leave.
