As part of our Work Out Your Money project, we’ve been delivering workshops in local schools and this month we were thrilled to bring the conversation to a local Scout group.
We had the pleasure of visiting the Yateley Explorers (Scouts) group to run a ‘Starting Your First Job’ workshop, covering important topics like tax, payslips, and financial confidence.
The Scouts were brilliant, full of questions, energy, and curiosity! One of the leaders, James reflected on the session, “Brilliant insight for teenagers who are just starting to earn money. Teaching them something schools don’t, and a lot of people have to teach themselves.”
