You will have the opportunity to influence the experience people have both accessing our services via office-based appointments and remotely via telephone, email and webchat. Increasingly video calls will also be an option together with outreach work at discrete locations.
If you have a background in IT systems and support especially office systems and are looking to get involved in your local community then this could be for you!
