While 19th July is being discussed as “freedom day”, Citizens Advice Hart’s priority remains to deliver a safe service for everyone. We are keeping all measures under review, and want to reassure everyone of our commitment to a safe environment that creates confidence in our clients and staff.
Our management team is meeting fortnightly to review both the service levels and needs of clients, and we are working within the regulations which govern us as employers, and as a service provider. We are continuing to offer pre-booked in person appointments with precautions in place to create a safe environment, for those people we are unable to find a way to support remotely. Our telephone, email and detailed advice and casework continues, and we are working with others in the community to prioritise delivering advice in a way that best meets people’s needs.
