This half day course will give you the skills and confidence to:
- Triage for advice and identify support needs
- Provide initial guidance using Citizens Advice resources
- Navigate the Citizens Advice website effectively on behalf of others
- Recognise when someone needs more than advice first aid
- Know how and when to refer people to Citizens Advice
You’ll also receive ongoing support after the training, with opportunities to discuss issues you’re encountering, get advice from our team, and access further support where needed.
