Permanent – 15 hours a week

FTE salary £25,000 p.a ( prorate £10,000 p.a)

25 days holiday + bank holidays ( pro-rata)

Citizens Advice Hart is a charity and part of the national Citizens Advice network. We provide a free, independent impartial and confidential advice service to through face to face appointments, webchat, email and telephone. We help our clients find a way forward with a range of problems including accessing welfare benefits, managing debt, resolving employment and relationship and housing issues.

 

As Business Support Manager you will maintain the organisation’s information technology, telecommunications and case management systems.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To champion the use and development of the Citizens Advice case management system to enable a great client experience and service delivery
  • To provide funding reports showing impact , value and outcomes to support our sustainability objectives
  • To develop and maintain the IT and communications systems support the organisations business and development objectives

 

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a similar size organisation managing modern day IT and office systems interpreting business needs into effective solutions. You will have had experience of working with a range of IT systems both server and cloud -based and understand the requirements of current GDPR regulations. Your will be confident in working with CRM systems able to interpret data and produce reports.
