Job Role: Administrator

 

Salary : FTE £20,000 (pro-rata) + 5% employer pension contribution ( £12,000 p.a)

Hours: 3 days a week (0900-1700) – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday required

Holiday : 33 days a year inclusive of bank holidays ( pro-rata contracted hours )

Location: Yateley & Fleet

 

Citizens Advice Hart is looking for an experienced Administrator to ensure the smooth running of its advice service and its offices.

Role purpose

  • To provide administrative support for advice service delivery
  • To support the delivery of a great and safe working environment
  • To maintain accurate records of income and expenditure
  • To maintain accurate HR records

 

Skills and experience required

  • Experience of working with and maintaining client databases
  • Experience of dealing with clients both on the telephone , by email and face to face
  • Experience of QuickBooks or similar accounting/ book keeping software
  • Experience of managing HR records
  • Experience of managing health and safety processes
  • Experience of managing an office environment
  • Competency with Office IT programmes
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Ability to supervise a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Good organisational and communication skills

The successful applicant will work closely with the whole team, providing support to enrich the client, staff and volunteer experience.
