Household Support Fund Application As part of the nationwide efforts to recover following the pandemic, Hart District Council was provided with some funding from the Government's Household Support Fund (HSF) to support residents of Hart. This funding has been distributed to Citizens Advice Hart to directly help those who have been affected by the pandemic and who need it most, including for example, through small grants to meet daily needs such as food, clothing, and essential costs. The fund is designed to provide short-term financial support to vulnerable households which have been affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, and are struggling to afford household essentials. These households will need help with the cost of food, energy, water bills and other essentials. Please be aware that this is a limited fund to assist with household essentials for Hart residents only. Applications relate to the physical household as much as to your families living arrangements. Therefore, an application will only be accepted from one person in each household.
