Whilst JFFF have ceased all face to face activity (including outreach clinics) we are still very much available to provide advice and support to the families of serving armed forces personnel.

What is Joining Forces for Families?

Joining Forces for Families (JFFF) is a project funded by the Armed Forces Covenant and delivered by Citizens Advice Hart, Rushmoor Citizens Advice and Portsmouth Citizens Advice. It is aimed at helping serving personnel and their families when they encounter life’s stressful events.

The service operates through a referral process (see form below).

Once referred, clients will be contacted initially by one of our assessors trained to deal with more straightforward cases. For more complex needs these cases will be escalated and appointed to a dedicated adviser/ caseworker who will see the client and any family members either at the armed forces base such as a HiVE or a neutral outreach location such as local bureau or other agreed location.
