Helping people save on their energy

One-to-one support with a local Adviser

We want to help

We want to help people who are being significantly disadvantaged by the cost of their energy. Anyone is able to access our advice but we are particularly keen to help vulnerable consumers who may fit some of the following criteria:

  • low income

  • pensionable age
  • family with child dependents
  • disability
  • unemployed

How we can help

Our local energy advice services help people get the best deal on their energy and appointments are available in a range of locations. Sessions can cover switching supplier, tariff or payment method, getting financial support and how to be more energy efficient in the home.
