If you are claiming Universal Credit and worried about managing your claim here is some guidance issued by the Department of Work and Pensions.

In view of the recent government guidance on social distancing, we have decided that our offices in Fleet and Yateley will be closed for face to face appointments until further notice.

  • Help to Claim Helpline: 0800 1448 444 Monday- Friday 0800-1800 (help to claim Universal Credit)
  • Scams Helpline:0808 250 5050 Monday- Friday 0900-1700 (help with online scams)
