Citizens Advice Hart has some exciting major changes coming up including both service delivery changes and technology changes.

We need an Advice Service Manager who will keep the organisational objectives in mind as well as protecting the needs of the service delivery team.

You will be part of the senior management team. You will have the opportunity to influence and participate fully in these changes as well as continuing to ensure we deliver a high quality service to the local community in the ways they wish to access the service.
